Tonight the screen went black with no hope of turning back on. Sound still works, but no picture, which is pretty much the point of a TV. My father in-law purchased a 32" Samsung LED two days ago, together with a HUMAX PVR with HD receiver. He unwrapped it, plugged it all in and discovered that a picture would only arrive approximately 20 minutes after first being turned on, but he got perfect sound almost instantly.
